As president of Salazar Colleges of Science and Institute of Technology, I welcome you to our website and our campuses. It is my passion to follow in my father’s footsteps. Engr. Doroteo ‘Dodo’ Monte de Ramos Salazar experienced the difficulties of an average Filipino family to provide quality education to their children, but his dedication and perseverance resulted in exceptional success.

My father made a difference for countless individuals and families in our beautiful country. And just as his dream became a reality, I have dedicated my life to continuing my father’s legacy, offering scholarships and discounts to poor yet deserving students, providing them with a quality education they couldn’t otherwise afford, and helping them achieve their lofty professional goals.
