Teaching Requirements

Before an applicant can be recommended to the president for action, they must pass the screening process, which includes a class demonstration, a psychological test, and an interview.

K–12 Teaching Positions
K–12 teachers should be an LEPT (Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers) passer, in consonance with DepED requirements.

College Teaching Positions
Prospective college teachers should hold a master’s degree in their specific field or subject area as well as CHED requirements. In the absence of a master’s degree, we may consider applicants who graduated with honors (summa cum laude, magna cum laude, or cum laude).
